Content

Testimonials and other user-submitted content are public and permanent once approved. All submissions are moderated by AI (Anthropic Claude Haiku) before publication to ensure they meet our community standards.

Admin rights

We reserve the right to remove any content and block or suspend any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these terms.

Independence

Student Support is not affiliated with the Department for Education (DfE), Student Finance England (SFE), the Student Loans Company (SLC), or any university or higher education institution. We are an independent student-led initiative.

All original content on this site — including text, design, and branding — is owned by Student Support. By submitting a testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your submission on the site and in related communications.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Student Support shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site.
